Driver App

A guide for drivers using the QB Portal driver app to complete deliveries.

How do I log in as a driver?

Your business owner will send you a driver portal link specific to your business. Open it on your phone, enter the phone number or email your business owner registered you with, and log in. No app download needed — it runs in your mobile browser.

How do I see and navigate my stop list?

After logging in, your assigned stops for the day appear as a numbered list with a map showing each pin in delivery order. Tap any stop to see the customer's address, order details, and a button to open directions in your phone's maps app.

How do I mark a delivery complete and capture proof of delivery?

Once you've delivered an order, open that stop and tap Mark Delivered. You'll be prompted to take a photo as proof of delivery — this is saved to the order and visible to both you and the business owner. The stop then moves to your completed list and the customer's tracking view updates instantly.

Can I see my delivery history?

Yes — the History tab in the driver app shows every stop you've completed, with dates, customer names, and delivery photos. Useful for confirming a past delivery or resolving a dispute about whether an order arrived.

What happens if I get a new route while I'm mid-delivery?

The system locks your account to your current route while you're actively delivering — your business owner can't assign you a new route until you finish or your current one is closed out. This prevents you from receiving conflicting stop lists mid-run. Once your active route is complete, you're free to be assigned a new one.

Your GPS location is shared automatically while you're on an active route so customers can see you approaching on their tracking map — no extra setup needed, it just works in the background while the app is open.
